SC NorthBay runs youth and adult futsal and soccer programs in the North Bay. The SC NorthBay app (web, iOS, and Android) is where families manage players, schedules, waivers, messages, and payments.

I signed up but cannot see the dashboard. New family and adult accounts are reviewed by club staff before they are activated, usually within 24 hours. You will get an email when your account is active.
I forgot my password. Use "Forgot?" on the sign-in screen, or open app.scnorthbay.com/forgot-password.
I want to stop notifications. In the app, open Settings → Notifications to turn categories on or off. Push permission itself is controlled in your phone's settings.
I want to delete my account. See Delete your account.
