These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern participation in programs, events, tournaments, camps, clinics, training sessions, memberships, and services offered by Sala Club NorthBay LLC, doing business as SC NorthBay ("SC NorthBay," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for any program, creating an account, making a payment, or participating in any activity offered by SC NorthBay, you agree to these Terms.
Participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
The parent or guardian represents that they have the authority to enter into this agreement for the participant.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and promptly updating any changes.
All fees are due according to the payment schedule selected during registration.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
By providing a payment method and enrolling in any program that includes recurring payments, installment payments, subscription fees, membership fees, or automatic payment plans, you expressly authorize SC NorthBay to automatically charge your designated payment method for all amounts due under your selected payment plan.

SC NorthBay reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Participants, parents, coaches, spectators, and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward players, officials, staff, volunteers, and other participants.
SC NorthBay may suspend or remove any participant or family whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unsafe.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Participation in soccer, futsal, training, camps, tournaments, conditioning, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
In the event of an emergency, SC NorthBay may obtain medical treatment for a participant when a parent or guardian cannot be reached.
The parent or guardian remains financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and parents/guardians release and hold harmless SC NorthBay, its owners, officers, directors, employees, coaches, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, facilities, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in SC NorthBay activities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Unless prohibited by law or revoked in writing, participants and parents/guardians grant SC NorthBay permission to photograph, film, record, and use images, video, audio, and likenesses for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.
How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

You consent to receive communications electronically, including:
SC NorthBay schedule alerts (SMS). If you sign up under Settings → Text Messages and confirm your number, SC NorthBay may text you when a practice, game or event you're part of is changed or cancelled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also turn texts off in the app or email info@scnorthbay.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, registration, or program. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in SC NorthBay activities shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Solano County, California, except where prohibited by law.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SC NorthBay may update these Terms periodically.
Continued participation after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
